Recently, Vince Leisey and I had a great conversation all about teamwork and leveling up your business. The talk covered a lot of ground, but today, we just want to share a preview about how embracing teams works for the long run:

First, I believe any brokerage not embracing teams is shortsighted. Teams will only become more relevant, especially with Millennials and Gen Z entering the workplace. They value collaboration, and brokers need to recognize this.

The industry is evolving rapidly, with accelerating changes in the past year. Teams must adapt to downward pressure on commissions by demonstrating value through social media and technology, providing agents with tools to showcase their worth.

Mental wellness is increasingly important, especially amid high levels of stress and anxiety. Teams play a crucial role in supporting their members’ well-being, fostering a positive mindset for productivity, and ensuring smooth transactions for clients.
